Here’s a couple pictures from the Buffalo Gap Wine and Food Summit. Mike Micallef along with Russell Kirkpatrick and Juan Rodriguez from Reata Fort Worth served Buffalo Teres Major served with Vanilla Bean Mashed Sweet Potatoes. While Juan, Russell and Mike were having a great time in Buffalo Gap, Reata on the Road, Reata’s Catering Department served over 6,700 tamales at it’s booth in Sundance Square’s Chisholm Trail Lot.
